January is the month we talk about setting goals.  Our class set a goal to receive 10 compliments from adults within our building for great behavior, kindness, or consideration.  WE DID IT!  On Monday, January 30, we will have a pajama day and read in.  A note was sent home with all the information about bringing in a book, or electronic reader, stuffed animal, pillow or small blanket for our afternoon read in.  If you would like to bring in a special snack to share or for themselves for the afternoon, that is also fine.  Nice JOB!!!

                                                               Welcome to 2nd grade

I am looking forward to spending the year with you all.  Second grade is a year to discover and celebrate.  This means more responsibilities, inquisitiveness and independence.  We will work together as a team to help each student find success in these areas.   I look forward to a great year!
